form.

Are you creating from the "red" page on the IRS site? (btw-page 1 of that
doc talks about a $50 fine (per info return) for using that form which is
not scannable for anything other than web input)

If the red page, is your AFP printer defined for color?
This info on the AFP Viewer settings may help

http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=0&dc=DB520&dc=D900&dc=D800&dc=D

this is to get latest (2008) afp viewer
http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=95&uid=psd1P4000360

note: can't put my finger on it, but one of the readme's indicated
installing a new version does not update your existing AFP printer
definitions, and there are steps to do to get them updated.

JIM:

I was helping the payroll programmer out Wednesday, and thought I would do
some experimenting on Saturday to help him out to try to get it to work. So
I am not sure where he got the PDF from. I thought I could find the PDF on
the web and download it, and saw what you were referring to about the 50
dollar fine.

The PDF does not come up in color when you view it, so I would say NO, we
are not using the color one.

I will have to ask him Monday where he got the PDF from.

Thanks!
