Let me make sure I understand. I need to create an exe (VB?) program
that calls the dll. This exe will send and receive parms to dll. Then
I can use the rexec command on the Iseries to call my exe which will
also send and receive parms from the exe. Is this correct?

Thanks,

You can send an rexec command to a PC and have it call a procedure in a
dll.
The location of the dll doesn't matter...it's what's calling it that
matters. An iSeries program can't call a dll.

How do you call a dll on the IFS From an AS/400 passing it various
