Sorry for the bother and thanks for the help. But I did learn that I might not need the *ISO after all. I will test this more as I go since I use this often.

I strongly recommend leaving the *ISO, it makes your code more self-documenting, and I think more foolproof. If someone comes along and changes DATFMT for an unrelated reason, you don't want it to start failing...
