You may also want to check to see if the program is running optimized, which can also mislead one in debugging.

Okay. I changed mine from packed to zoned and ran it again, it still
didn't enter the loop.

There's more to this problem than meets the eye.

Make sure you check that your source matches your object. I've
frequently had problems like this because someone changed the source
code (and it's not always obvious) so that the source code no longer
matched the object. When debugging, it showed strange things happening
because it showed the new source with the actual execution happening in
the old object.
