You can define an array data structures, each of which contains an
array. You need to use dot notation to get at the data members, but it's
not hard to figure out.

t_inner DS Qualified
element 5I 0 Dim(24) Inz
outer DS Qualified
inner LikeDS(t_inner) Dim(3)

myValue = outer.inner(2).element(8)
