There appears to be something wrong on that system, either with a
customization or the OS. The spooled file does exist, assigned to
that job number. Issue the following commands instead:
dspsplf qpjoblog job(999515/NA123/P1)
dspsplf qsysprt job(999515/NA123/P1)
My user profile can not view those spool files, but I can see
that they exist via WRKSPLF and WRKSPLFA.
