Is it possible to avoid the stream file in CGIDEV2 and reference the
buffer witth a pointer? I presume the buffer is a user space?

We're
using MQ to send an XML to a third-party and now that I've discovered
memcpy (thanks Scott Klement) I thought I could use the same technique
to populate the MQ buffer directly from the CGIDEV2 buffer. Or better
still, just pass MQ the buffer reference and length for the put.

I've
looked at the EASY400 documentation and there are procedures for
creating a user space and obtaining a pointer, but nothing specific to
the buffer.
