HiThis is what i have done
eval @sign = u'0040'
eval Url = @sign
+ 'mymail.com'
hope this will work with different CCSID, any suggestions

You're better off putting the text in a message file with a specific CCSID.

Then you can just retrieve the message and be sure it's in the correct
CCSID.
