I strongly disagree with the idiotic assertion that all numeric
parameters should be defined as 15,5.
That would be analogous to a hardware store saying 'all screws should be
exactly 1" long'.
Use the correct length & decimal positions for whatever you're doing.
Let your business rules dictate your parameters, don't pick some
arbitrary size and force everyone to use it.
