Completely agree. I can't think of a single 'natural' number best
represented by 15,5. Date, currency, ID numbers... none of them are a
particularly good fit to 15,5 which means some sort of conversion. Twice.
'I need to call it from a command line' seems to be a lingering concern
for many people, but I can't think of a reason I would be FORCED to call
a program from a command line vs using a user written command.
