The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

We've got two issues:
- Whether or not RRN is truly reliable as the order you want.
- If it is reliable then how to reliably read in RRN order regardless of
ptf or os levels that may come (in the future).
Jim seems pretty adamant on the first one, so I'll give him the benefit of
the doubt that he has that much control on the file.
On the latter, then I think the SQL cursor may be the way to go. The
problem is that it is not just simply RRN. It's a combination of some key
field and, that being equal, RRN. Otherwise a "Direct" file may be the
way to go.
