I don't think it would help. Once a program pointer is resolved it
remains usable - for example when a program is replaced the "old"
version moves to QREPLOBJ and remains active. I suspect moving to
another library would be the same.
In order to resolve to another copy of the program, you have to force
the re-resolve. Changing the name in the variable, doing a dummy
call, then changing back to the required name after changing the libl
seems to be the approach most use.
