Yes you can - in fact you did it in the code you posted. Simply remove
the quotes and it will expect the entry to reference a variable
containing the qualified program name. But the variable name does not
seem to support library resolution - no idea why not.
I haven't tested it - but if you change the LIBL prior to the call
(and use steps explained here before to ensure that the program name
is re-resolved) then it should work.
