You want the compiler to check for a length of four if the loop limit is
999? And for a length of 3 if the loop limit is 99, etc? And if the loop is For
x = 1 to 997 by 2? The length of 3 is ok, but not if it is x = 1 to 997 by 3.
Or x = 999 to 999999 by 7, check for a variable size of 6, but if it is x =
1 to 999998 by 1 then 6 is ok? I don't think there is a compiler in the world
that is going to check for all the possibilities.
