What is the best way to percolate an error back up the stack in a
configuration as follows if I have an error in one of the 3 modules :-
The throw catch technique as described in the recent article by Jon
Paris and others ?

Program A Monitor on a Data Quue
Program B Called by A
Module C
Module D 3 modules called by B
Module E
