I would recommend against trying to put color codes inside RPG source members ... some find it annoying and (at least IMO) it does nothing to help the documentation.

I am one of those who find this annoying. (I still hate the programmer
who in one fell swoop "colorized" all of one customer's source code.
Sheesh!)

It can also make problems printing. Sometimes the system will complain
about an unprintable character (and inhibiting this message is morally
equivalent to removing the bulb from an idiot light in your dashboard).
Once I had a DDS compile listing come out with every single comment
alone on its own page. What a way to kill a tree.

Plus, at least in the past, it's caused me some problems with various external editors. I think an early version of WDSC had problems with 5250 data stream codes in source members.
