Change the DS name SplitData2 to CodingSplits and you should be OK. The names need to match even at the top level.

You don't need the path=... bit but it shouldn't cause a problem.

Reason you don't see any errors is that you told it not to tell you by coding alowmissing=yes and allowextra=yes.
