I would expect MCH3601 in a called program to set RPG status 00202 or
00211 which means MONITOR ought to work.
Examine the "To program" name in the message information. If it's not
sent to your program you won't be able to monitor for it.
Which API? Are you explicitly passing pointers to it? If so, are they
always set?
