Are you using Host Print Transform to print it? Sometimes that does not handle everything correctly. It does not do color, for example. There used to be a document about it in IBM's knowledge base - I don't remember where now.

Are you using DDS? Have you taken a look at the BOX keyword in the DDS
Reference manual?
