There is a way to run a *PGM in another job, but the referenced RUNJOBCMD isn't
it. That approach stopped working as of V5R4. See the first example in my
presentation What's New in System APIs at
http://www.brucevining.com/Presentations/PPT_Presentations/Whats_new_in_system_A
PIs.pdf for a sample program which can be used to run any command (well that
you're authorize to, etc) in another job.
