IIRC, enforcing object signing requires system value changes ... which, as a vendor, we can generally not mandate. Binding by copy is the most secure mechanism for what we need to do.

Then again, probably not a big issue for you to recompile the world
when something changes.

Or have your SCM system recompile what needs to be rebound. :)
