Ok, sorry for the confusion.

The IBM manual says to use 2b0.

Paul's book says to use 5i0.

I submitted feedback for the IBM manual.

Personally, it's my opinion that nobody should EVER use the 'B' data
type. Indeed, this thread would not exist if the OP had used the I data
type.

So if Paul Conte says 'use 5i0', I'd say he's right!
