Hi Alan,

I've been able to successfully do a block fetch into a DIM-ed data structure on V5R4, so I'm not sure why yours isn't working.

Which error message are you getting? (post the msgid, please)

This will not compile. The pre-compiler throws it out as an invalid data
structure.
