This isn't going to answer your question... but this might help with
performance...
Use this instead...

BEBHST in (?, ?) and BHBTDT >= ?

It seems like to me that "or" slow things down. I could be wrong, but that
just the feeling I got.

' Or BHBHST = ? And BHBTDT >= ? '; // Spinner Recall
Updated Since Last Recall Run


To me, the first example should work. The analyst says otherwise.
