I _did_ quit using it in my presentation tools (just recently) and simply
tell people to download the base eclipse package from www.eclipse.org. I
have found bugs in the WDSC version (specifically in the WSDL GUI editor)
that have swayed my decision also.

But you should have it in WDSC 7.0.x by going to
Window->Preferences->General->Capabilities and then make sure XML Developer
is selected.

Nope - I found it. The help system doesn't know about it apparently,
but it is still there. It was grayed out in my workbench because,
for reasons that escape me, the workbench had failed to recognize an
RPGLE source type as being RPG IV.

What does appear to have disappeared (although this may have gone in
V7 - I'm not sure) is the graphical design view for XML. Unless
someone can tell me where that has gone, I guess I'll have to remove
it from my presentation materials.
