Off the top of my head, this *might* work :-)

In your module, have the following code:

*
D myProc PR Extproc('myProc')
D Parm1 10A Const
D Parm2 10A Const
*
/IF DEFINED(MOD1)
*
D myProc PI Export
D Parm1 10A Const
D Parm2 10A Const
*
...
All the module code (other D-specs, C-specs etc.) goes here
...
/ENDIF

In your caller, you simply have the following:
/COPY QSOURCE,MOD1

When you compile the MOD1 module, be sure to define MOD1 on the CRTRPGMOD
command.

Thus, when your caller is compiled, because MOD1 *isn't* defined, it will
only include the prototype for myProc().

There might be other ways to do it, but this should work. Of course, if you
have F-specs in your module, then this wouldn't work, because the
