RCLRSC can _only_ clean up OPM stuff. Just like Dilbert likes deadlines because he likes the swooshing sound they make when they go by, ILE programs enjoy watching RCLRSC requests go by - maybe they leave colored vapor trails or something - but for sure they have zero impact on ILE programs.

RCLACTGRP is only needed if you are using a named AG. *NEW AGs are cleaned up on return to the caller of the program that created them.
