Turned out I'd goofed on the upload, sent the current version to the IFS
root, and was trying to compile an out-of-date version I'd uploaded last
year for another project that was then abandoned.

I have to go now. There are a couple of men in white coats waiting for
me, carrying a straitjacket and a butterfly net.
