Another problem with separating by language...
Let's say you start out with one language and then decide to use another.
I am not a big fan of functionless wrapper programs.
Let's say I started out with ORDX001C for a CLLE program. I bury this
call in 50 programs. Then I decide that this would be better with pure
RPGLE and maybe 1 API call for something traditionally done in CL. I'd
rather make ORCX001C now a RPGLE program than to leave it a CLLE program
with only a call to the new RPGLE program.
