Nope.

It wouldn't be hard to write a program to spin through source members to
calculate the information.

Personally, I've never seen the value in this kind of metric ... the
number of lines of code doesn't seem related to anything of use.
Personally, I'm able to generate hundreds of lines of code in a single
sitting ... and then spend days working on a change that results in
changing single line.
