lines of Cobol be" so they can apply the good old ELOC test. :)
Now, the question is, do they want a high count or a low count?
Seriously. If they know each line is worth $10 then 1000 lines is worth
$10K and 10,000 lines is worth 100K. But if they know you spend $10K,
then 1000 lines is worth $10/line and 10,000 lines is work $1 per line.
Important to know which way they're counting.
