TIME (Retrieve Time and Date)
Free-Form Syntax (not allowed - use the %DATE, %TIME, or %TIMESTAMP
built-in function)

The TIME operation accesses the system time of day and/or the system
date
at any time during program processing. The system time is based on the

24-hour clock.

The trouble with the TIME operation is that it returns the date in the
job date format. You have to jump through some hoops to get it in YMD
format.
