TIME (Retrieve Time and Date)
Free-Form Syntax (not allowed - use the %DATE, %TIME, or %TIMESTAMP
built-in function)
The TIME operation accesses the system time of day and/or the system date
at any time during program processing. The system time is based on the
24-hour clock.
