The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
As I recall, there are languages that have a "with" construct, which
defines a region of code in which structure subfields are implicitly
qualified with a structure name, and perhaps subfields of a structure
array are even implicitly qualified with a specific element of that
structure array.
The biggest difference between that construct and what we have in RPG is
that RPG treats structure arrays with explicit subscripting as a
different animal from those with implicit subscripting. As I said
before, they're really the same thing under the covers.
