The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.

Re: 00:00:00 or 24:00:00
That makes sense, because the date part is equal. How about this:
D time1 S Z inz(z'2000-01-01-24.00.00.000000')
D time2 S Z inz(z'2000-01-02-00.00.00.000000')
D equal S N
D diff S 10I 0
/free
equal = (time1 = time2);
dsply equal;
diff = %diff(time1:time2:*MS);
dsply diff;
*inlr = *on;
/end-free
According to IBM they're not equal, but the difference in milliseconds is
0.
