We use New Generation's query product

Speaking of that, how do you like it? Cost? Ease of use/learning?

I'm about to give up on the IBM Web Query. Five PMRs so far (1 closed,
"working as designed", other 4 still open) and 1 DCR. Supportline has to go
to IBI for all the answers. The whole product just seems bizarre. I don't
know how else to describe it.
