Hi ken,
Well said sir, I do agree with your statements Since I'm at learning stage I need support from the teacher
And one more thing most of the concepts are new to me so it takes
time to understand those concepts and to implement.
My humble requests to every one please help juniors.
Regards,
Srinivas

Sure do have kids... When I can, I help them understand their homework
too.
I hope this young man does well in RPG and if he takes what I've given
him and prospers, great. Maybe your way of teaching includes frustrating
the student. If not, you and I aren't that different. Besides, he still
has to take his final exam on his own.
RPG400-L is supposed to be a benefit, not a place of ridicule.

Subject: Control Level Indicators (L1-L9)
Hi every one,
My requirement is to generate a report using control level indicators
(L1-L9)
I have a physical file with following fields 1) STATE 2) CITY 3) POPULATION
Now where ever city changes I need to print a new record on spool file
Below is the code I have written to do this, I'm getting the output but I don't know
Whether this output is correct or not, I'm really confused with the indicators
Can any one please guide me what is the exact use of control level indicators.
Thanks in advance
