is...if I compile this on another system that has it, do I also need that
5722ST1 LPP installed to run the compiled object?

Technically not even needed for compiling... it's needed for PREPROCESSING.
If you want to get really crazy about it, you can take a look at the output
of the preprocessor and reverse engineer the generated code.

But in any case, you definitely don't need 5722ST1 to run the compiled
program.
