And I see now (thanks Jeff) that I don't have the LPP installed that I need.
This makes me wonder...is the SQL Dev Kit only needed for compiling? That
is...if I compile this on another system that has it, do I also need that
5722ST1 LPP installed to run the compiled object?

How are you compiling this? Typing the compile command at the command-line?
If so, what does the command look like?
Or are you using WDSC? If so -- again -- what does the command look like?
Or are you using PDM? or...?
