Can you simply have a CL 'shell' program which calls the program you want to
run (or submits it - whichever makes mroe sense) and then 'sleeps' for 10
minutes (using the DLYJOB command) before it wakes up and loops around
again. Submit this program to run in a subsystem like QSYSWRK, so it won't
hold up other jobs.
