Clear does return an AID byte, but Home does not.

Doug already explained the unique behavior of the Home key. If the cursor
isn't currently at the Home position, it places you there without an
interrupt to the host, but if you are already at Home position, an AID is
sent.

Does anyone know what the Forward Edge Trigger Auto Enter is used for, or
what causes it?

I think this is for bar code scanning, but I don't know for sure.

What about PA1 (hex 50), PA2 (hex 6E), and PA3 (hex 6B)?

These represent program attention (PA) keys, prevalent on 3270 terminals.
