The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
it's an extra step but you could use this:
CREATE TABLE QTEMP1 (TESTCHAR CHAR (30 ) NOT NULL WITH DEFAULT)
REVOKE DELETE, UPDATE ON QTEMP/TEMP1 FROM PUBLIC

RE: AW: Can I create an ALWUPD/ALWDLT *No file with embeded SQL?
If such an API existed then possibly but it doesn't (well I could
find no public API that exposes these attributes in the InfoCentre).
I agree... I was going from memory, and apparently I remembered
incorrectly... sorry. You're correct, the only reference I could find to
the ALWUPD/ALWDLT parms in the api reference was to retrieve their
values, not to set them. As you point out... there's always SST. :)
