The problem with this is you can only pass one parm to the URL. If you use
& for the second parm, it will get truncated.

See if this gets you started:

D wCommand s 1024
D wCmdString s 1024 varying
D QCMDEXC PR ExtPgm('QCMDEXC')
D 1024 const
D 15 5 const
* Start PC Organizer if not started.
C eval wCmdString = 'STRPCO PCTA(*NO)'
C callp(e) QCmdExc(wCmdString:
C %len(%trim(wCmdString)) )

C eval wCommand =
C 'start http://www.url.com'
C eval wCmdString = 'strpccmd pccmd('''
C + %trim(wCommand)
C + ''') pause(*NO)'
C callp QCmdExc(wCmdString:
C %len(%trim(wCmdString)) )

I need some help getting started with a project where I need to call a
URL via a function key on the AS/400 using an RPG program. Is there an
API that would do this? Or would STRPCCMD be better suited to this type
of functionality?
