I want 24:00:00 (Buck)

23.59.59 + 1 second = 00.00.00
00.00.00 - 1 second = 23.59.59
24.00.00 + 1 second = 00.00.00

Note that you cannot increment your way to either 24.00.00 but you _can_
increment your way to 00.00.00. If I remember, the standard says that
the day runs from 00.00.00 to 23.59.59, but for some obscure
compatibility reason, 24.00.00 can be specified as a synonym for
00.00.00 in some cases.

To me, it seems reminiscent of [*HIVAL] in that it's not something you can just increment to, but it's a "theoretical maximum" for programming purposes. It kinda makes me wonder what a comparison of 24:00:00 to *HIVAL would show...

Note that 24:00:00 with one date matches up with 00:00:00 of the _next_ date. In that sense, "synonym" needs to be a little qualified.
