Where does COBOL and C stands when compare to RPG.
This is a very broad philosophical question. Imagine someone you didn't
know asking you to compare chapatis and gulabjamun. Where does one
begin? It would take a history lesson, a cooking lesson and probably
several tasting sessions to explain properly :-)
Is there something specific about Cobol, C and RPG that you are thinking
of? A specific application, or even a line of business? New
application, rewriting an existing one or mostly ongoing maintenance?
Anything we can use to help the comparison process?
I think that all of us here on the RPG list are very much inclined to
recommend RPG for virtually all our computing needs :-)
