I was surprised but, 24.00.00 is valid for a timestamp (Try it). It's
bad replacement for 00.00.00 because you will loose the microsecond
accuracy for a whole second (24.00.00 plus any microseconds is invalid).
This is not something I'd do if unique timestamps are needed.
