I wasn't very clear. The first api QUSLOBJ gets the list and then Itime
use another API to get information about each object from the list api.

actually you won't have to retrieve but one time for page up and one
for page down. just move the pointer to the correct entry...--
page up:
pointer = pointer - (entrysize * sflpagesize) ... (make sure you don't
go past the first entry)
page down:
pointer = pointer + entrysize (but you'll have to make sure you don't go
past the last entry)
