I did not make myself clear.
Yes, the LR indicator CAN be tested at Detail time, *but* it will NEVER be ON.
The LR indicator is *only* ON at TOTAL time, thus testing it a Detail time
(unless it is set on manualy) will always result in a Not True condition.
