I guess it's the glasses, but, to answer your question, I don't consider
free to be more readable, I personnally like the ILE version of fixed
format. No unnecessary ";" at the end of every line, and as for using the
rpg cycle with free, who said that was wrong?
I'm sure this is a discussion I won't win, but I'm not in this to win, I'm
just doing the job my employer would like me to do. Complete projects on
time and produce accurate results.

If I use the RPG cycle to read files, who cares. I use the rpg cycle as a
convience, and I don't think of it as a negative. I admit, I currently am
forcing myself to use and learn rpg free, to learn, and be open minded. I
try to use the tools available for the job at hand.
