The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
You could also get a timeshare account. Google on 'iseries timeshare".
I have an account from a company (Rikas Communications) that will even
give you a copy of WDSc 6.0 on a DVD with a 1-year subscription.

Subject: Running RPG on Windows.
Hello Guru's,
I really feel like I am a 'Child of a lesser God'...(*pun intended*). I
worked at a iSeries shop before taking up a new job. I started getting
into
RPG and was slowly trying to learn it. The place that I am working at
now
does not have an iSeries. Is it impossible for me to continue learning
RPG
without an iSeries? I do not want to leave that skill half learnt. I
still
want to continue learning it so that I can get into some real RPG
programming in the near future. Are there any windows based RPG
compilers
available out there? Any free tools? Any suggestions would be greatly
helpful. TIA.
Kindest regards,
Misty.
